I now have 5 students signed up for my classes in Winnie. Classes start in 10 days, my original goal was to get 30 people signed up.
I will not be going to Houston to teach any classes. I got a job at Exygon, so I am going to teach classes there. Working for a gym is not really my ideal class setting. I am not thrilled about how their classes are set up, but I have to keep the bills paid.
A friend of mine from school, Laurie, and I are planning on doing weekend workshops. Hopefully after we get those going good I will be able to leave the gym. Then I will be doing something I truly love.
I am about to start teaching yoga classes. I had thought about writing a blog or keeping a journal so that down the road I could look back and see how things have progressed...I was not very serious about the idea though...Until a friend mentioned the same idea. After having the idea myself, I took the friends suggestion as a sign that I should do it. So here it is, My Yoga Journal.
